By signing up for or using Bimbly Receptionist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bimbly Inc. (company details to be updated), a company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Bimbly Receptionist is an AI-powered voice receptionist service that answers incoming phone calls to your business, collects booking information from callers, and saves appointment details to your calendar. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
What the service is not:You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use Bimbly Receptionist. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide about your business is accurate and up to date.
New customers receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Subscription:After the trial period, the service is billed at the rate for your selected plan: Starter Plan: $79 CAD per month (1–3 barbers); Pro Plan: $149 CAD per month (4+ barbers). Both plans include a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date.
Price Changes:We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before any price increase takes effect.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@bimblyai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
You agree to:
Calls handled by Bimbly Receptionist are recorded and transcribed for the purpose of capturing booking information accurately. You are responsible for ensuring that your customers are notified that calls may be recorded. Bimbly Receptionist notifies callers of this at the start of each call. By using the service, you confirm that this notification is sufficient for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We aim for 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services (Vapi, Twilio, Google, etc.) or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimbly's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Bimbly Receptionist and all related technology, branding, and content are owned by Bimbly Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our service without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
